Book features places to enjoy spring in city

Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality’s Culture Inc. has collected 100 places to see and experience in a newly published book. “Istanbul’un 100 Görülecek ve Yaşanacak Yeri (Istanbul’s 100 Places to see and live) offers the possibility of planning visits to famous historical places and following out-of-the-way routes.Prepared by researcher and photographer Bahar Kaleli, the book includes more than 200 especially-taken photographs, and is divided into two parts - places to see and places to experience. Among the places to see are Topkapı Palace, Beylerbeyi Palace, the Aqueduct of Valens, Kariye Museum, Tekfur Palace, Kılıç Ali Paşa Mosque, Nusretiye Mosque and Neve Shalom Synagogue. Among the places to be experienced are Cold Fountain Street, Üsküdar, the Seven Hills, the Golden Horn, Zeyrekhane and Salacak.
