TÜSİAD to visit Ireland
ISTANBULTurkey’s leading business organization, the Turkish Industrialists’ and Businessmen’s Association (TÜSİAD), is set to take a trip to Dublin, capital city of Ireland, which currently holds the rotating presidency of the European Union, on March 25 and 26.
A delegation of TÜSİAD executive board members, led by Chairman Muharrem Yilmaz, will meet Deputy Prime Minister Eamon Gilmore and Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation Richard Bruton.
The delegation will also meet with representatives of the Irish Business and Employers Confederation, TUSİAD’s Irish counterpart. The delegation hopes to convey to Irish politicians and business representatives the thoughts and ideas of the Turkish business world regarding the country’s goal of reviving membership negotiations with the EU.
