Turkish PM hosts security meeting in Ankara

ANKARA
Turkish PM hosts security meeting in Ankara A three-hour security meeting hosted by Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım ended on Aug. 6 at the prime minister's residence in Ankara, with the participation of high-level government and military officers.

Among the officials who participated the meeting were Foreign minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Justice minister Bekir Bozdağ, Interior minister Efkan Ala and Defense minister Fikri Işık as well as the Chief of General Staff Gen. Hulusi Akar, Gendarmerie General Commander Gen. Yaşar Güler, National Intelligence Organization (MİT) head Hakan Fidan, and undersecretaries and the heads national police.
