Turkey and Egypt will be ‘one voice’ over Israel

Egypt and Turkey will speak with one voice and act together regarding the Israeli-Palestinian issue, Egypt’s Ambassador to Turkey, Abderahman Salaheldin, said March 19 at a conference in Istanbul.“Egypt’s support for the plight of the Palestinian people is gradually strengthening. Egypt has contributed a lot to the armistice signed between Hamas and Israel in November 2012. For a real solution, Israel has to withdraw from the territories occupied since 1967 and Palestine should be recognized as an independent state. Egypt and Turkey will be one voice and act together regarding this matter,” the Ambassador said at a conference at Istanbul’s Okan University.
