Turan's 'Dream Diaries' at Cabaoğlu Gallery

Esin Turan’s solo exhibition is meeting viewers between March 9 and April 9, 2013 at the Çağla Cabaoğlu Gallery.

Turan, who is still continuing her artistic work in Vienna, also teaches in a project of the Vienna Municipality that enables young people from different cultures to come together.

She has participated in group and solo exhibitions in Austria, Germany, Japan, Spain and the United States, with her work being displayed at the Austrian Ministry of Culture, the Vienna Municipality and various personal collections.

The latest serial of Esin Turan, entitled “Dream Diaries” problematizes the necessity of keeping dreams as a diary, and even if they seem to contain images from the details of human life, they need to be approached as they form a whole – the whole is bigger than the sum of pieces.
