Subway construction collapses in Ankara

A subway construction project in the capital Ankara collapsed today and one person walking on the pavement was trapped underneath the rubble, daily Hürriyet reported today.  

A search and rescue team was immediately dispatched to the scene.  

The collapse caused panic in the area, while the road from Ankara to Eskişehir was closed.
