Ritz-Carlton celebrates 2013

On New Year’s Eve, Çintemani will be completely transformed by golden and red decorations that are as luxuriously stylish as the gala dinner which includes medallions of duck liver, sautéed John Dory, roast beef tenderloin, mini vacherin of sweet chestnut and chocolate delicatessens. To ensure a sophisticated party mood there is live music by Bleu Orchestra. The price of dinner with unlimited local drinks is 550 Turkish Liras per person (including tax) and includes an entrance to the New Year’s Eve party in the Bleu Lounge & Grill. For guests looking for a relaxed lunch after the excitement of the night before, Çintemani is also offering a brunch featuring live cooking stations and a roast buffet on New Year’s Day for 160 liras per person.
