Rifle-carrying men seen at Istanbul funerals of Suruç victims

A number of people carrying Kalashnikov rifles and pistols have been seen at the front lines among the hundreds attending the funeral of three Suruç bombing victims from Istanbul’s Gazi neighborhood.One of those carrying Kalashnikovs fired multiple shots in the air during the funeral ceremony of İsmet Şeker and Cemil Yıldız, two victims of the deadly attack originally from the Gazi neighborhood of Istanbul’s Sultangazi district.
The Gazi neighborhood was subject to an armed attack early July 21 by unknown gunmen who opened fire at the Gazi Police Center, the neighborhood’s police station.
