President Erdoğan to visit Hungary

President Erdoğan to visit Hungary

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan is to pay an official visit to Hungary on Oct. 8-9, his office said in a statement on Oct. 6.

Erdogan will meet his counterpart Janos Ader and Hungarian Parliament speaker Laszlo Kover and Prime Minister Viktor Orban.

According to the statement, political, economic and security ties are to be discussed as well as mutual regional and international issues including Turkey-EU relations, irregular migration and terrorism.

Erdoğan will also attend a business forum and the opening ceremony of the Ottoman-period Gül Baba Tomb with Orban in Budapest. He will visit a World War I cemetery at Galicia.
