A family practitioner has dedicated her life to stray animals since 2000, the year she was appointed to the eastern province of Bitlis
Damla Şahin, who is a member of the Animal Rights Federation, lives with 11 animals in her home.
She also provides treatment and food for animals who live on the streets.
