One miner has died in a landslide that took place at a Central Anatolian mine in the city of Karaman early June 18.Mustafa Yirik, 41, died in the hospital after he was removed from the mine that is operated by a private firm in the Güneyyurt neighborhood of the Ermenek district.
The landslide took place in the mine at around 2 a.m. on June 18. An investigation into the incident has been opened over the incident.
