One Turkish soldier killed in PKK attack in Turkey’s Hakkari

One Turkish soldier was killed in an outlawed Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) attack in the southeastern province of Hakkari on Sept. 3.The Hakkari Governor’s Office stated that PKK militants staged the attack with rocket projectors in Hakkari’s Çukurca district.
One Turkish soldier was heavily injured and succumbed to his injuries in the Hakkari State Hospital, where he had been taken for treatment, according to the statement.
