One hurt in India blast targeting Israeli diplomat

An Israeli official says an explosion has hit an Israeli diplomat's car in the Indian capital.He says one person was hurt in the blast, but did not identify the victim.
Israeli Embassy spokesman David Goldfarb said the car was near the embassy when the blast went off Monday.
Indian police said only that a car was on fire on the street outside the embassy.
