Moscow police said Monday they had arrested 120 people, including opposition leader Boris Nemtsov, during an unsanctioned rally against newly-elected President Vladimir Putin's Kremlin inauguration.

The city police department said the protesters were all taken into custody but would be released later in the day after being informed about "the inadmissibility of violating public order."
