A prominent figure of the Turkish indie pop music scene, Leman Sam will perform in İzmir on Aug. 15. The concert, which starts at 9:30 p.m., is at the İzmir Kültürpark Open Air Theater. Sam released her debut album in 1988, and she is renowned for being able to sing in multiple languages, such as Greek, French and Spanish. She is best-known for the Azeri folk songs she has included in her repertoire.
