La Liga and Euroleague on D-Smart

Doğan Holding and Doğuş Group, Turkey’s two leading broadcasters, are cooperating to broadcast La Liga and Euroleague games on NTV Spor Smart, a to-be-founded sport channel. 

Eight of the 10 weekly football matches of La Liga will be shown on NTV Spor Smart channel, according to the agreement. The channel will also show all Barcelona and Real Madrid matches, Euroleague matches and studio programs by leading experts on all sports for two years.

The HD channel is planned to be offered to more than 1.6 million D-Smart subscribers as an additional package. The channel is planned to begin test broadcasting on D-Smart by July, then to start to broadcast the European league matches.
