Kids choir to play on Environment Day
Borusan Children’s Choir Venue: Cihangir Park Date: June 5, 1 pm Admission Free
The Borusan Children’s Choir is giving a concert to celebrate World Environment Day on June 5 at a local park in the Cihangir neighborhood of Istanbul’s Beyoğlu district. The concert starts at 1 pm and admission is free for all. Founded in 2002, under the guidance of choir conductor Gülsen Yavuzkal, the Borusan Children’s Choir is taking part in Beyoğlu Municipality’s “3rd Intercultural Art Dialogues” event. The choir’s repertoire includes songs related to environmental awareness.
