Istanbul Aquarium gives holiday gift to children

The Istanbul Aquarium in the city’s Florya neighborhood will provide free aquarium entrance to children under 13 with parental supervision during the Ramadan Holiday. Living creatures from all over the world are housed in the aquarium with 16 different themes.

During their aquarium visit children will be educated about underwater life. The play “Crazy Professors” will also be performed for children at the Istanbul Aquarium under the art direction of Haldun Dormen during the Ramadan Holiday.

An interactive play, “Crazy Professors,” introduces children to all forms of science. “Crazy Professors” arouses children’s motivation, self-confidence and curiosity with their workshops on environmental and scientific topics. 15,000 living creatures reside in special tanks inspired by the world’s various oceans in the Istanbul Aquarium.
