Tuğra Restaurant & Lounge will be offering manti as its focus for the whole month. Located on the first floor of the palace section in the Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul the Tuğra will dish up a great view of the Bosphorus along with its special manti menu all month. The menu includes Nohutlu Mantı Soup, Pileli Manti which is made up of potatoes, onions, cheese and fresh spices, Sacakli Manti with chicken and Pasa Manti which consists of baked lamb. The main course is followed by Bohça Baklava.
