Erdoğan congratulates PM for Nov 1 victory on Twitter

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has posted a tweet on his official Twitter account, congratulating Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu for his Justice and Development Party’s (AKP) landslide victory in the Nov. 1 general elections.“I congratulate the Justice and Development Party (AKP) and its leader and Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu,” Erdoğan tweeted.

“Mr. President, we are determined to move this blessed cause forward, which was inherited from you. May the Nov. 1 democracy victory be beneficial,” Davutoğlu replied to Erdoğan’s tweet.
