More than 343 Iranian and 15 foreign publishers are participating in the 18th International Quran Exhibition in Tehran.
More than 343 Iranian and 15 foreign publishers are participating in the 18th International Quran Exhibition in Tehran, Iranian website Fars News Agency reported Thursday.
During the exhibition attended by 25 countries, the Tarjoman-e Vahy, or Translation of Revelation, Institute of Tehran presented the holy book of Quran in 112 languages.
The exhibition opened in Tehran on Saturday and will continue at Imam Khomeini Praying Ground, or Mosalla, until Sept. 3.
The 18th International Quran Exhibit opened with the motto of “Quran, Book of Life.”
The event will include performances in 16 street theaters, 160 poetry nights, 200 tableaux and educational workshops.
The exhibit is the main cultural event in the capital during the fasting month of Ramadan, which is considered the “Spring of Quran.”
