Car bomb kills four at mayor's office near Damascus

A car bomb outside a mayor's office in the town of Muadamiya al-Sham south of Damascus killed four civilians today, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said, AFP reported.A woman was among those killed in the town, about 10 kilometres south of the Syrian capital, said the Observatory, a Britain-based watchdog.
Additionnaly, 20 Syrian soldiers were killed in fresh fighting at Turkish border post, NGO reported.
