Blast in factory kills four workers in southern Turkey

Four people were killed and four were wounded in an explosion today in a factory in the southern province of Kahramanmaraş, daily Hürriyet reported.

The cause of the blast, which occurred in the kier of a denim-dyeing factory, remains unknown. The explosion caused the roof of the factory to partially collapse, trapping workers under debris.

Rescue operations are continuing to save other trapped workers.
