Belen opens photo exhibition at ArkeoPera
Çiler Belen’s photo exhibition “Before the Doors are Shut on Us” will debut Feb. 5 at ArkeoPera Art Gallery and run until Feb. 23. Graduating from the Decorative Arts Textile Department of Mimar Sinan University, Belen devoted a number of years to painting designs on clothing materials. After 2000, she turned her attention to wood and its use in structures such as arbors and houses, before becoming interested in stone.
