Bank Audi, the Lebanon-based lender, which was the first foreign lender to receive a Turkish license in 12 years, has appointed Hüseyin Özkaya, the head of HSBC’s Russia operations, as the general manager of its Turkish unit, FinansGundem.com claimed yesterday.

Along with Özkaya several senior executives, including Erol Sakkallıoğlu, Yalçın Avcı and Alpaslan Yurdagül, are also said to be quitting HSBC and transferring to Bank Audi, according to the financial news portal. The best branch managers are expected to follow this career move, the portal said.
