Zucchini paté Ingredients:

5 -6 medium-sized zucchini
5 eggs
Feta cheese
Dried mint
Black pepper
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:

Grate the zucchini and add the other ingredients. Spread in a cookie sheet and bake five to ten minutes at 180 degrees C. Serve with yogurt.
