Yeni Şafak newspaper’s photographer loses his life

ANKARA

A photographer of the Yeni Şafak daily newspaper, Mustafa Cambaz, has lost his life after being gun fired by a group of soldiers who have staged an attempted coup, his newspaper has announced. 

The editor-in-chief of the daily, İbrahim Gül wrote July 16 on his Twitter account: 

“Here is the last message of our martyr,” and shared Cambaz’s tweet which said: 

“We are taking to the streets upon Chief Commander Erdoğan’s will and command.”
