The International Culinary and Hospitality Academy is hosting a workshop on rare traditional Ramadan recipes July 28. The workshop starts at 7 p.m. and tickets are available at Biletix booths. Under guidance of Chef Korhan Büyüksuda, the workshop menu includes cold ayran soup, lamb ragout with dried apricots, perde pilaf, and strawberry güllaç. The International Culinary and Hospitality Academy is on Avni Dilligil Sokak, No.12, in Mecidiyeköy, Istanbul. Tickets cost 130 Turkish Liras.
