Vestel, OYAK offer lowest bid for smart boards, printers
ANKARA – Anadolu AgencyWhile Vestel Elektronik has submitted the lowest offer for smart boards, OYAK Teknoloji placed the lowest bid for the smart printers as part of the Fatih project, which is being carried out by the Ministry of Transport, Maritime and Communication.
The companies, which offered their bids in July at the tender and won the pre-selection, submitted their offers to the ministry on Dec. 6.
According to this tender, the government will purchase 347,367 smart boards, 41,966 document cameras, 13,645 multifunctional A3 printers and 28,351 multifunctional A4 printers.
Vestel Elektronik submitted the lowest offer with 999.7 million Turkish Liras for smart boards as OYAK Teknoloji offered 96.3 million for smart printers.
Meanwhile, Telpa Telecommunication won a tender last month for purchasing at 675,000 tablet PCs for distribution in schools as part of the Fatih project, with the lowest bid worth 409 million liras.
