Turkish PM meets Iraqi regional government president
MUNICH
Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim met Iraqi Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) President Massoud Barzani in Munich on Feb. 19 on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference. According to a statement released by the Turkish Prime Ministry, the two discussed the importance of “decisiveness in the fight against terror” as well as the “destruction and disturbance that terror groups cause in the region.”
Defense and security chiefs are meeting at the three-day Munich Security Conference in Germany to discuss international security issues.
