Tajikistan trade at $436 mln

Trade between Turkey and Tajikistan trade totalled $436 million in the first nine months of 2012, Turkish Interior Minister İdris Naim Şahin said at the eighth term meeting of the Turkey-Tajikistan Intergovernmental Joint Economic Committee (JEC) in Ankara on Nov. 30.Şahin said he hoped the signing of the eighth term JEC protocol would speed up the cooperation process between Turkey and Tajikistan in many fields, including trade, tourism, transportation, health and energy. Şahin underlined that mutual investments need to be increased.
