Salon İKSV to host Aaron Parks Trio

American jazz pianist and composer Aaron Parks is giving a concert at Salon İKSV with his trio tonight. The concert starts at 9:30 p.m. and tickets are available at Biletix booths.

Parks began his career during his senior year of college, when he began touring with Terence Blanchard’s band, recording three albums with him for Blue Note Records, including the Grammy-winning A Tale of God’s Will (A Requiem for Katrina). His debut album “Invisible Cinema” is an acoustic jazz record, yet it evokes other sonic and rhythmic frontiers.
