Tehran is guilty of supporting the outlawed Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK), according to Turkish Interior Minister İdris Naim Şahin.
"We are quite aware of Iran’s support for the PKK,” the minister told state broadcaster TRT amid an official visit to Turkey by Iranian Parliamentary Speaker Ali Larijani.
“We know that PKK members that are wounded during clashes against the Turkish army are treated in Iranian hospitals," Şahin said.

Syria, Iraq and Armenia are also on the list of suspected PKK supporters, according to the Turkish interior minister.
Şahin is well-known for his nationalist leanings.

@Blue Dotterel ... those FACTS echo in your head only , what the US and Israel have to do with this anyway ... if you don't have anything to say better not say anything ...

@JRC, no way old Irano-Russian trash jets gonna challenge modern Turkish F-16's fleet. The Turkish army is a modern army of NATO standards and outnumbers and outclasses the Iranian on any branch, except for missile technology. But if it is a fact that Iran supports the PKK, than sorry for the "hinter"-land but what is gonna happen is gonna happen. Who doesn't listen should feel it. Whether we might encounter some missiles the Turkish Air Force can paralyze Iran in 48 hours. Just facts

A point i would like to bring up is if Turkey has agreed to a Nato radar shield why does it need Patriots missiles?.Allso why is Israel so desperate to fix ties with Turkey, after reports saying Israeli has agreed to apologise and pat compo but the last demand ie unblocking Gaza remained the stumbling block.Allso why is Turkey rushing for airwacs,if not prepaqring for some thing big.Israel says it has proof that Iran has been supplying Hamas with long range rockets from their spy satilights.

If Turkey is supporting the rebels in Syria for its own geopolitical interests why not Iran support PKK for its own interests. What makes one right and the other one wrong when they are clearly both wrong as they are leading to unnecessary bloodshed. Also what is the map of the island of Crete in the background has to do with the person or the article? It appears that the photo is taken at an angle to show some Greek islands. Was it on purpose and if yes what is the message? Silent aggression?

No evidence, as usual. The AKP continues to lie and blame the US and Israel's enemies for everything. Turkey supports terrorists in Syria, killing thousands of innocent civilians. All of this been demonstrated as fact. No facts when it comes to this accusation, though.

@DutchTurk JANICAR: "a valuable lesson you can't forget for the rest of your life-time", is that as long as NATO provide missiles and Radar cover? Grow up, Iran is not Syria. It has a formidable military and a fanatical approach. I don't doubt that thanks to Turkey having access to modern military equipment and a massive army, it would put on a good show, but a "valuable lesson"? It might well be the reverse.

what does it say about country's leadership ? It say Turkey is doing GREAT and becoming more and more a regional economic and political power and no one around like that ... regarding Armenia that's history let's not talk about it now... but with regards to Iran , Iraq and Syria , it is really all about IRAN competing with Turkey , Syria and Iraq are just a proxy used by Iran nothing more and nothing less ...

this is so Iran , exploiting others for their own agenda wither it is Hamas in Gaza or Hizbollah in Lebanon or shiite in Bahrain. I am not surprise to hear about PKK now ! @Truth Teller ? how is Turkey double face , I think Turkey very clear about their foreign policies and not shy about it AND yes any one who have a problem with Turkey will use PKK as a proxy ...
