During the summer period, nomads make their way to the highlands in Van in order to graze their animals better from the provinces in the Southeastern Anatolia Region.
Nomads started their journey back home that lasts for days as temperature decreases.

With the winter approaching nomads pack their tents set off with their herd.
During their journey that lasts for days, the nomads settle in tents where they deem appropriate at night and struggle with the harsh natural conditions away from the city life and technological opportunities.
