This is called “innovative” and “creative” management style of Neoliberal economic system.As soon as there is nothing left from the same cake(market-share)to gain, there is no more profit to satisfy the shareholders’ profit expectation.So the only solution is to lay employees off then to expect costumer-buying power.The neoliberal economic system is well aware that relationship between demand and supply is not like one-way street.Nonetheless it continues with it, which seems to dig its own grave
