Obama pledges 'full force' of law for Afghan suspect

US President Barack Obama pledged Tuesday that the United States would wield the full force of the law against a US soldier suspected of mounting a shooting rampage which killed Afghan civilians.Obama also said that despite outrage over the massacre, he remained confident that Washington could fulfill its mission of responsibly withdrawing from Afghanistan while continuing to dismantle Al-Qaeda's leadership.
