Minibus carrying migrants crashes in Turkey’s Hatay, 10 killed
Gendarmerie teams reportedly attempted to stop the minibus carrying the migrants who had illegally crossed into the country from Syria. However, the driver reportedly did not heed the call and accelerated after panicking.
The driver ultimately lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a truck coming from the opposite direction.
Ten migrants immediately died at the scene, while another seven, including the driver, were wounded. They were rushed to hospitals.
