ISTANBUL - Hürriyet Daily News
Young artists from Turkish contemporary art are gathering at Kiplas Art Gallery’s exhibition, titled “Empathy.”
The exhibition focuses on the works of Sezin Aksoy, Ece Dündaralp and Ali Öner, and the works featured will emphasize the concept of “empathy” in society. The oil on canvas and collage works are the highlights of the exhibition. While Sezin Aksoy’s collage works draw particular attention, Ece Dündaralp’s canvas works also question the concept of empathy in society. Ali Öner, on the other hand, uses digital techniques in his works and takes his inspiration from the chaos of nature. The exhibition, which opened on June 6, will continue until July 6. Kiplas Art Gallery is situated in the Alunizade district of Istanbul’s Anatolian side.
