Istanbul to host international tango dancers
ISTANBUL
The 12th Istanbul Tango Festival will start on July 1, with an opening concert at the Sheraton-Steigenberger Hotel in Maslak. The world famous Argentinian orchestra Silencio Orquesta de Tango will play for the milonga performances of Argentinian Ruben and Sabrina Veliz, Alejandra Mantınan and Aoniken Guiroga, Vanesa Villalba and Facundo Pinero, Turkey’s Utku Küley and Irıs Başak Doğu, Russian Nikolay Tchernolutsy and Asya Chernolutskaya, and Beirut’s Ziad Kassis and Jihane Feghali.
The festival will continue until July 5.
