The 19th Istanbul Theater Festival, organized by the Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts (İKSV), will take place this spring with dozens of groups staging close to 100 performances across the city.

We believe our festival, which takes place every two years, brings a breath of fresh air to the theater world in Istanbul with each new edition, and we would like to be able to put on our festival every year,” İKSV Chairman Bülent Eczacıbaşı said.
