Hoteliers to network at CATHIC 2012 conference

Istanbul is to host a major hotelier event starting tomorrow. Prominent figures from the hotelier world are going to take stage in the Central Asia and Turkey Hotel Investment Conference (CATHIC) 2012 Feb. 7 and 8 at Ceylan Intercontinental Hotel, according to a press release by the organizer.

Representatives from more than 60 national and international tourism investment and construction sectors are attending the conference to discuss the latest trends and visions in the industry.

The conference provides opportunities to network in two receptions for industry professionals, according to the official CATHIC website.

“Istanbul has achieved the highest increase in hotel rate of 37 percent due to the growing interest surrounding the city as a business destination (HRG Hotel Survey),” CATHIC said on its website.
