Milan Baros has spent four-and-a-half years with Galatasaray, becoming the Super League’s top goal scorer in his first season.

Galatasaray has parted ways with Czech forward Milan Baros on Feb. 13.

The Turkish champion said on its website that it terminated its contract with the 31-year-old player by “mutual consent.”

The former Liverpool, Aston Villa, Lyon and Portsmouth player enjoyed his most prolific periods at Galatasaray, where he scored 63 goals in 116 appearances in four seasons since joining in 2008. However, Baros was not used in any games this season.
