French, Turkish foreign ministers discuss Syria over phone

ANKARA

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu on March 3 spoke with French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian over the phone, state-run Anadolu Agency reported, citing diplomatic sources.

Çavuşoğlu and Le Drian discussed regional issues, particularly the situation in Syria, sources said on condition of anonymity due to restrictions on speaking to the media.
