"Brought By The Sea" is a story about love and illegal immigration. Written by Ersin Kana, the film was shot in the Aegean towns of Ortaca, Dalyan and Dalaman. Halil is an ex-cop who accidentally kills an African immigrant and retreats with a guilty conscience back to his hometown. Meanwhile, Jordan's mother is killed in an accident in Dalyan as they try to cross over to Greece. When Halil finds Jordan, their destinies intersect.
The Moscow Film Festival will consist of three major parts: retrospectives, the most spectacular movies of the past year and competition.
