Davutoglu responds to the 49 captured officer negotiations claim

Reuters photoTurkish Foreign Affairs minister Ahment Davutoglu classified the claims that negotiations were being held for the captured Turkish intelligence officers in Syria, as “psychological warfare.”
Responding to journalists questions regarding whether or not negotations for the captured Turkish intelligence officers in Syria were true, Davutoglu stated that a form of “psychological warfare” was being utilized.
The claim was set into motion by a Syrian radio station that announced the capture of the officers earlier today.
