Collapse in Turkish stadium construction, five injured

A stadium’s construction frame collapsed overnight in the Central Anatolian province of Konya, injuring five workers.The construction frame of Konya Metropolitan Municipality Torkuspor Stadium collapsed at 01:00 a.m. local time on the morning of Dec. 4.
Ambulances were immediately dispatched the central district of Selçuklu’s Buhara neighborhood and the injured workers were taken to the local Numune and Beyhekim hospitals, as well as the hospital at Selçuklu University.
Hospital officials said the injured workers were in a good condition.
