Chocolate course at Mövenpick
The course will offer participants exclusive chocolate and desert techniques.The Mövenpick Hotel Istanbul will set the hearts of those with a sweet tooth racing with an exclusive chocolate- and dessert-making course.
Get ready for Eid al-Adha by learning how to make your own chocolates and desserts including chocolate lollipops, molecular cacao, cupcake with chocolate frosting, chocolate mousse and hot chocolate volcano, not to mention techniques for melting, storing and shaping chocolate from Mövenpick Hotel Istanbul Executive Chef Giovanni Terracciano and Pastry Chef Ferdi Balcıoğlu.
The course will be held on Sept. 27 between 3 and 6 p.m.
After sampling the tempting treats you have created, each participant will receive a certificate and a souvenir apron. The course is 95 Turkish Liras.
