Benetton boss to step down
ANKARA - Anatolia News AgencyTurkey and Egypt are expected to sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on Roll-on Roll-off (ro-ro) ships and highway transportation today, Turkish Economy Ministry Zafer Çağlayan told reporters on April 21.
A ministry statement said Çağlayan and Egyptian Transportation Minister Galal Mostafa Said will sign the memorandum of understanding today.
The memorandum envisages managing a ro-ro system between Turkish and Egyptian ports such as Mersin, a southern Turkish port city and Alexandria Egypt. The agreement also envisions facilitating highway transportation and transit procedures between the two countries.
