Angler reels in corpse in western Turkey
BURSA
An angler in the northwestern Turkish province of Bursa reeled in the corpse of a 50-year-old man during a fishing session on June 17.
According to the Doğan News Agency, the unidentified angler was fishing on a stream named Koca Çayı when his hook caught onto something heavy. He called the police after reeling it in and discovering that it was the body of a dead man.
Police divers arrived at the scene and the prosecutor sent the corpse to the Bursa Forensic Institution to determine the cause of his death.
