A contemporary take on noodles Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts will present “The Art of Noodles” menu with special tastes from around the world from Oct. 20 to Nov. 20. In addition to other Mövenpick hotels throughout Europe, the Mövenpick Hotels in Istanbul, Ankara and İzmir will serve a menu of six noodle dishes using different sorts of grains such as spelt, buckwheat and rice where you can indulge in culinary creations anchored in authentic regional traditions, infused with Mövenpick chefs’ inventiveness. 

The highlights of “The Art of Noodles” menu include Singapore noodles with prawns, chicken and peanut sauce, tagliolini with beef tenderloin, egg noodles with sirloin steak, Alpine style noodle gratin with potatoes and mountain cheese, wonton ravioli with king prawns and curry-coconut sauce and soba noodles with quail egg, salmon, tuna and shrimp.
